Huge Disappointment with ROSEFIELD Watches

ROSEFIELD Tribeca in black and gold wrist watch was on my wish list for a long time and I was actually waiting to have a good offer to buy it. Almost all products comes with good offer in some time of the year and this morning I wake up with that amazing news.

I woke up and checked my Instagram. The first thing I could see is the Instagram story of ROSEFIELD showing my favorite Tribeca of my wishlist is on 50% discount offer for spring!

I was happier than ever and opened my computer to make an order and fill up my long awaited wish. But then the struggle began. I could not proceed to payment. It was a huge struggle and I kept trying. I tried to contact customer service but no one was replying. Then I sent them message on Instagram. There were a lot of chitchat bubbling but no one was basically solving my problem. Now at this point I was getting really angry and pissed off. I thought it is better I will find a shop in Stockholm and get it from there. Before doing that I thought let’s make a phone call and be sure if the shops are offering the same here in Stockholm.

As I called one of the shops the lady talked to me for some time and she showed her regret and mentioned how difficulties are going on right now on their terms with Rosefield. Shops are having payment and shipment related problems. Whatever the main point was they don’t have the model of that watch and no discount offer is going on in Sweden. So the offer is only for web shoppers.

After all these hours finally I could chat with someone in customer care who told me that everything is stock out which is why I could not proceed but that was wired because I could still see the products that are available and out of stock. Anyways As I wanted help they mentioned first come first where that is not the point here. I came first and their website was not working and customer care was not available on time, then after several hours they mentioned that I am late that is why everything is sold out. After everything happened They just said to choose some other product which is very lame.

So I ended up not buying the product after wasting half of my day.

I am searching for some other brands now where I can get similar model and a good service of course.

I wanted to post the picture of our conversation but now I am even tired to do that. If anyone is curious to see that I can send.
