Summer in Sweden is full of fun activities. Summer lasts really short here and people try not miss any sunny day and try to utilize fully with as much activities possible. I was always curious about berry picking. In Sweden I could actually fulfill my dream by picking strawberries myself. This year was my 2nd berry picking experience and it was much better than the first time because the weather was beautiful, the soil was dry. Last time the berry picking area was really muddy and we had to be very careful while walking but this time it was just perfect!

We went to the Uppsala for this activity and they charge a certain amount for the  berry that we want to bring home. They provide containers but you can bring your own container and measure it there. But if you just want to eat inside the garden that is free. So you can eat as much you want. There is a supervisor inside and she shows where you can find the best berries that are ready to be picked up. I must say the berries tastes much delicious while you eat them sitting inside the garden and picking them fresh.

Oh Later that evening, yesterday we went to a friend’s place , enjoyed the world cup match where Sweden won ! We celebrated with strawberries and some snacks 🙂 ahahaha !

If you have an opportunity to do this fun activity I will totally recommend to experience that once at-least!
