I am super excited because this time I am trying to bring out my make up tutorial through my blog! I enjoyed much to do the Pohela Boisakh makeup look ! Hope you love it too 🙂

I cannot think my Bengali new year make up without bold red lips and winged eyeliner. I think this simple look is considered as appropriate gorgeous Bengali look.

HERE WE GO……..

*Prepare the skin:

1.Moisturizer( as choice)  2. Samshbox primer (hydrating) 3. Bobbi brown skin foundation (no 5 honey) 4. Mac pro conceal and correct palette ( medium deep) I used my sigma brush no F80 which is a kabuki brush and the best one for applying foundation. Because it is hot and humid, I prefer Bobbi brown skin foundation which is very light weighted.

*Then I did my eyebrows!

Though I do not need to do much with eyebrows as I have my own still a bit correction gives the makeup a new dimension. Anesthesia brow pomade in the shade dark brown is perfect for me and I use the Anesthesia brow brush which helps to give the natural look.

*For eyes I started with primer by too faced.

I did the highlighting under my brows and inner corner of the eyes by bones from vice 4 palette and crease by the color faint from Basic Naked. The whole eye lead and lower waterline by delete from vice 4. To bring some brightness I finished by adding some Bitter from vice 4 in my crease.

As eyeliner and kohl I used 24/7 glide on eye pencil to smudge the kohl in my waterline then used superliner by Loreal to make the winged eyes.

I finished my eye makeup by using Roller lash mascara from benefit and false lashes by Ardell.

*Then I  applied PREP+PRIME powder by mac to set my make up and dust some mineralized skinfinish powder and my shade is medium deep which helps to make the skin more natural and glowy.

To finish the look I applied blush from Estee Laudar which is pure color blush and the shade I used is wild sunset shimmer. I would love to end the whole process by doing some highlighting! By mineralized skinfinish by mac in the shade global glow I did the highlighting on my cheek bones, bridge of the nose and in the cupid bow of my lips.

I told you at the beginning that my Boisakhi look is never done unless I have red lips. So there are several options but I rather choose Red velvet by lime crime as it never fades even after a lot of food.  As I am going to eat all day long in Pohela Boisakh so I need something really long lasting.

I finish my makeup look by makeup setting spray from urban decay !
